Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Outside Inside by Neecie. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Please note that returns or exchanges are only accepted for unused items in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
